Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States seeks an Industrial Engineer to lead the manufacturing process design for new product launches. You will coordinate with design engineering and production teams to implement efficient, cost‑effective manufacturing systems and manage projects from award through production on time and within budget.
A bachelor’s degree in industrial or process engineering is required, with 5+ years in IE or PE.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and conduct formal design reviews. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of process flow charts, PFMEA and their relationship to DFMEA. Knowledge of machine specification development, Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and cost tracking for capital equipment and process implementation. Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly to diverse teams. Industry Experience: Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment, specifically within automotive electronics (Tier 1 or OEM level) is strongly preferred. **Education & Experience ** Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process engineering, with a focus on new product launch (NPL).
