Job summary

Brose Sitech is seeking an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to join the team in the United States. Lead manufacturing projects from concept to implementation, optimize production processes, and design ergonomic workstations using AutoCAD.

You will partner with operations, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering to support new product launches and continuous improvement in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production planning, or project management.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience leading projects in high-volume environments; assembly manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; English required; German a plus.

  • Supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating with international project teams and stakeholders.
