FIXX Energy is seeking a(n) Industrial Engineer, who will serve as a key member of the Engineering team.This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes within our plant operations. The Industrial Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, develop process improvements, and support the continuous improvement culture within the organization.. The ideal candidate is requires a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles, lean manufacturing techniques, and data-driven decision-making. This position reports to Sr. Manager, Engineering.
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
