Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group Quad Cities is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives across our facilities. You will analyze production processes, optimize material flow, and drive continuous improvement to reduce inefficiencies and improve throughput.

This fully onsite role requires the ability to travel to multiple Quad Cities facilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement practical, data-driven solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel and support multiple facilities as needed.

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and improving production processes, optimizing material flow, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across multiple facilities.

This is a fully onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Only candidates currently located in or willing to commute to the Quad Cities area will be considered.
