Super Radiator Coils is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, implement, and improve value stream production cells on the manufacturing floor in Richmond, VA. This hands-on role links sales engineering and production to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience, a solid grounding in work measurement, line balancing and 5S, plus strong communication across all levels. Willingness to work third shift as needed is important.

This is an extremely unique opportunity for an industrial engineer to design, implement, and improve dedicated value stream production cells to support an exciting growth opportunity for our company. This position is hands-on and requires a significant amount of time on the manufacturing floor working collaboratively with operators, supervisors, and the Production Manager. The Industrial Engineer will also serve as a key link between sales engineering and production, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through design for manufacturing. This is a high visibility position that is central to supporting a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement. We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience.
Compensation:
This is a full-time salaried position, pay rate is flexible based on experience.
