Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks an Industrial Engineer to design and implement technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production engineering in an assembly or fabrication environment
• Experience leading the implementation or overseer of production tracking software, systems, or automated OEE collection data methods
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing concepts in a production environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to create manufacturing processes and procedures from technical data or engineering drawings and models
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

The Opportunity:

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
