The position plays a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and sustainability while supporting major launch programs in the automotive industry.
This role is based in a plant environment, primarily on the manufacturing floor, with frequent interaction with production equipment and material‑handling systems. The position typically operates on a first‑shift schedule and is expected to average 40 hours per week. Depending on project needs and workload, occasional Saturdays and some additional hours during the week may be required to meet deadlines and support critical launch or implementation activities. The environment is fast‑paced and hands‑on, with a focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
