Job summary

Waukesha-Pearce Industries in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled trades professional to assist in the mechanical assembly of industrial engines, coolers, and generators, ensuring alignment to packaging standards. You will run screwed piping for engine utilities, install safety shutdowns, and work with a Leaderman, Journeyman, and Class A as directed.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience, and the ability to operate a forklift and overhead

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overhauling various compressor frames and cylinders.
• Assist in setting and aligning coolers, install vessels, run screwed piping for engine utilities, install safety shutdowns, assist in aligning engine to compressor.
• Follow daily instructions from Leaderman, Journeyman & Class A.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
