The role involves updating standard work and capacity data, analyzing productivity, and assisting with layouts and material-flow diagrams as part of a continuous-improvement program.

Ideal candidates will have a technical/associate degree and 2+ years in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Lean

Qualifications

Technical/associate degree is required.
2+ years of experience supporting industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
Lean knowledge is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

Supports time studies, methods analysis and line balancing.
Updates standard work, capacity data and visual aids.
Assists in updating layouts and material-flow diagrams.
Collects and analyzes productivity and efficiency data.
Supports continuous-improvement and cost-reduction projects.
Supports the optimization of production lines.
Set ERP/MES parameters for labor hours.
