Job Description

Manufacturing Company located in the NW part of Houston has immediate openings for Industrial Electronic Technicians working with industrial production machinery. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The following are some of the basic requirements:

  1. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic components and wiring for production equipment.
  2. Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
  3. Complete work orders and record for projects and tasks.
  4. Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot systems and components using test equipment such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and ammeters, as well as power and hand tools, to locate and correct issues.
  5. Connect wires to motors, circuit breakers, contactors, transformers, or other components.
  6. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.
  7. Work with computers and electronics, including knowledge of circuit boards, chips, and electronic equipment.
  8. Be available to work in a 24/7 production environment, covering day, night, or rotating shifts, including weekends, with 8 to 12-hour shifts.
