Helion Group is seeking an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting Technician to support extrusion lines on the production floor. You diagnose faults, repair electrical and mechanical systems, and restore equipment quickly and safely to minimize downtime.

You will read electrical schematics and machine drawings, work with 24VDC–480VAC systems, motors, VFDs, heaters, sensors, pneumatics and hydraulics, and perform preventative maintenance while upholding rigorous safety, including

• Respond rapidly to operator line calls across extrusion and production lines.
• Diagnose and repair 24VDC–480VAC electrical systems—motors, VFDs, heaters, sensors, and related controls.
• Tackle mechanical issues on the spot: pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, motors and gearboxes.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Fit in preventative maintenance and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Partner with production to keep extrusion lines running smoothly.
