Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude working with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Fluent in electrical diagnostics using a multimeter, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Background with three-phase motors, sensors, pumps, PLC I/O, conveyors, bearings, and lift systems.
• Comfort working safely and efficiently in a hot, dirty, fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance for corrugators, printing presses, conveyors, stackers, and other box-making machinery.
• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V on motors, sensors, pumps, wiring, and PLC I/O signals.
• Mechanical repair and upkeep of chains, belts, drives, bearings, rollers, couplings, pumps, seals, and valves—including precise roller and lift system alignment.
• Blend proactive PMs with swift, effective corrective work to keep production moving.
