  • Project Support: Assist with equipment installations, facility expansions, renovations, machinery upgrades, capital improvement projects, and equipment commissioning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues efficiently. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced technicians as needed.
  • Equipment Standards: Maintain all equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company maintenance standards.
  • Material Handling & Mobility: Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment. Work comfortably at heights, outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel occasionally between facilities when required.

  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or trade certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered.
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
