Job summary

CIFA North America is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team in Union Grove, WI. The role focuses on electrical installation, wiring, testing, and integration of pump and chassis systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial electrical experience, be comfortable reading schematics, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical experience or equivalent
• Experience with installing and routing wiring and sensors
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Install, route, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical wiring for pump and chassis integration
• Install sensors, switches, control components and other electrical components
• Assemble and integrate electrical systems per engineering specs
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Test with multimeters and electrical test gear
• Maintain accurate records of testing and repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work area organized
