Job summary

Trystar Inc. is seeking Electrician I, II, and III in Houston, TX. The role involves installing and wiring electrical systems for industrial and commercial equipment, reading drawings, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will perform tests, verifications, and start- up activities while adhering to PPE and 5S standards. The position requires basic electrical theory knowledge, ability to read schematics, and a willingness to develop proficiency with more complex drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical apprenticeship or technical training preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Industrial electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble electrical systems according to drawings with limited guidance.
• Read basic electrical prints and progress toward more complex diagrams.
• Install conduit, cable tray, pull wire, route and label cables.
• Prepare conductors and terminate with proper torque.
• Perform continuity checks and basic electrical verification.
• Safely use hand and power tools, multimeters, and test equipment.
• Support wiring, testing, and startup activities under direction.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and material issues; escalate safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area.
• Follow PPE, lockout/tagout, quality standards, and 5S.
