Job summary

DeSHAZO is seeking a skilled electrical assembler for overhead crane equipment. You will plan and wire custom control panels, read schematics and BOMs, and wire VF drives and motors. You must recognize design deficiencies to improve quality and safety on-the-fly.

Position requires certification in Electronics/Industrial Maintenance, PLC/VF drive experience, forklift exposure, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with a team in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from a tech school in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Military Electronics.
• Experience wiring PLCs, VF drives and motors.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read/write in English.
• Own basic electrician’s tools.

Responsibilities

• Layout, drilling, and cutting with hand tools.
• Layout and modification of custom panels.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Inspect equipment for quality and safety issues.
• Work from electrical schematics.
