Job summary
Lift Solutions seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and support electrical/control systems for overhead cranes. You will develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts, and implement PLC, VFD, and HMI solutions for safe, efficient crane operation.
3–5 years in industrial control, strong AC/DC knowledge, and CAD skills are required. On-site role with collaboration across engineering and service teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, and motor control.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, power distribution, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and create electrical schematics using CAD software.
- Hands-on troubleshooting in industrial environments.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical and electronic control systems for overhead cranes.
- Develop and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts.
- Design, program, and implement PLC, VFD, and HMI solutions.
- Specify motors, brakes, switches, encoders, and safety devices.
- Support modernization and retrofits, and field commissioning.
- Collaborate with teams and suppliers to deliver turnkey crane solutions.
