Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and ladder logic.
• Team oriented, able to work with supervisors, electricians and millwrights.
• Commitment to safety, self-starting and reliability.
• Good communication skills and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Electrician Advancement Program and train toward journey-level.
• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance with electricians/millwrights.
• Help design layout and installation of basic electrical controls.
• Follow NFPA 70 standards and safety procedures.
• Learn PLCs, HMIs, motors, VFDs, and instrumentation as you advance.
