Job summary

Precision Wire & Controls, LLC is seeking an Early Career Electrician with 1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience to grow alongside Journeymen, Controls Technicians, and Engineers.

The role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and modification of industrial electrical systems, pulling wire, reading basic drawings, and traveling to customer sites throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Experience using common electrical hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and modification of industrial electrical systems.
• Pull wire and install conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC, etc.).
• Read and work from basic electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Support experienced electricians on industrial and commercial projects.
• Maintain safe work practices while traveling to customer sites across the United States.
