Qualifications

• 2–4 years (4,000–7,500 OJT hours) of electrical work experience.
• Strong understanding of quality workmanship and safety.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to promote efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Observe, learn, and understand a wide range of skills under supervision.
• Demonstrate progress by completing tasks with Journeyman Electricians.
