Job summary

Loenbro is seeking Journeyman Electricians for project work in heavy commercial and industrial environments. You will install, start-up, troubleshoot, and service industrial equipment and systems, reading schematics and drawings to guide field installations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. You may train apprentices on the job and work independently or with a crew, in a demanding, outdoor and indoor setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Journeyman Skill level experience in commercial or industrial electrical system.
• Must be dependable, work hard and willing to put in the hours needed.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Capable of reading and understanding overview drawings, one-line drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to layout conduit, cable tray, and overall jobsite installations.
• Work with and train apprentices on the job.
• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
