Job summary

Vylor, Inc. at the Corteva site in St. Joseph, Illinois seeks a licensed electrician to maintain and service electrical systems, ensuring uptime and safety compliance. You will follow safety policies, perform inspections, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

The role requires NEC interpretation, SAP work orders experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend shifts during peak seasons are expected. Sign-on bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrical experience.
• Ability to interpret the NEC.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (indoors/outdoors).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment.
• Perform electrical repairs, servicing, and inspections.
• Support electrical safety program compliance.
• Follow quality, safety, OSHA, PSM policies and Corteva procedures.
• Recommend improvements to electrical programs and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
