Job summary

Arjobex America Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Electrician to install, maintain, and repair plant electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, read schematics, and ensure safety compliance in a manufacturing setting. The role supports ongoing production and equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate has an electrical apprenticeship, Journeyman/Master certification, and experience with PLCs and industrial controls. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or recognized training.
Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred.
Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a plant environment.
Diagnose malfunctions and perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Read electrical schematics and blueprints for installation and repair work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize performance.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.
Assist with installation of new machinery and electrical systems.
Train and supervise junior electricians and apprentices.
