HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks an Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in an industrial environment. The role involves troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while supporting a safety-first culture.

The position requires reading schematics/diagrams, working with PLCs and VFDs, and adhering to health and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid electrician license preferred or required per state.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting (motors, transformers, generators, lighting).
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing equipment and hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes; keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to address issues affecting production or safety.
