Job summary

Insituform Technologies LLC, a global leader in pipeline protection, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for our Batesville, MS facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, and control panels.

You will lead a small maintenance team and report to the Electrical Maintenance Foreman. The starting pay ranges from $20.88 to $24.57 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, motor controls, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and industrial troubleshooting practices. Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, safety procedures, and equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of one or two maintenance helpers, providing instruction and oversight for 50%+ of tasks.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment (welders, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, hand tools).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and VFDs using Allen-Bradley and Siemens software; perform minor program modifications as approved.
• Support OSHA Arc Flash safety programs and compliance.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical raceways, wiring, transformers, panels, motors and control stations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
