Job summary

ProAmpac in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, reading schematics, and supporting quality standards in a climate-controlled facility.

You will read drawings, troubleshoot PLCs, perform measurements, assemble/disassemble components, and ensure safe operation of machines. 3-6 months of paid training and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Electromechanical apprenticeship completed or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility or similar setting.
• Advanced skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed specifications.
• Read technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and fluid measurements with proper tools.
• Troubleshoot control panels and assemble/disassemble components safely.
• Identify faulty equipment and calibrate instruments per specs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMPs, BRC and food safety practices.
