Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin (Hilbert) seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize packaging equipment. The role includes reading schematics, performing electrical/mechanical tasks, and calibrating instruments.

The 6a-2p shift features a climate-controlled environment and paid training, with 401K, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED, PLC experience, and an Electromechanical Apprenticeship with 7+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience with PLCs and drives troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical skills.
• Completed an Electromechanical Apprenticeship Program in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years’ experience and/or training in a manufacturing facility or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed specifications.
• Read technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and fluid measurements with appropriate tools.
• Assemble, repair, or calibrate components and assemblies following procedures.
• Source replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools.
