Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for our state-of-the-art packaging facility in Crockett, CA. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems across production and facility operations with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial electrical experience, solid PLC knowledge, and the ability to work independently. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrician experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, schematics, and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and basic programming.
• Proven ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose faults safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for production and facility operations.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment to locate breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, drives, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Support PLC-controlled equipment with basic programming or edits.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E safety codes.
• Maintain maintenance records and wiring diagrams.
