Bunge in Emporia, Kansas is seeking an Electrician to perform electrical maintenance and repair for a soybean processing facility. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of electrical systems and automation, including PLCs and high/low voltage equipment.

Starting pay is $36.97 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential after-hours/weekend work. Strong reading of schematics and safety consciousness are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience or schooling in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and electrical equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with automated plant equipment such as mass flow meters and temperature/pressure transmitters.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics and ladder logic.

Responsabilités

• Maintain plant electrical troubleshooting and repair across production equipment.
• Maintain automation and 480VAC or less electrical circuits.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and VFD/AC/DC systems.
• Run conduit, size and pull wire, and calibrate process instrumentation.
