Job summary

Bunge in Emporia, KS is seeking an Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems in a soybean processing facility. The role focuses on PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and automation, with day-shift hours from 7am to 4pm, Monday–Friday, and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or schooling in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and electrical equipment in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant electrical systems and repair production equipment.
• Install and repair electrical systems following specs and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot PLC (Allen-Bradley) systems and AC/DC drives.
• Assist with wiring, conduit, and routine electrical tasks.
• Calibrate process instrumentation and ensure safety standards.
