Job summary

Qualifications
- 2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 3+ years in maintenance mechanic role.
- Experience with repair or preventive maintenance in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronics.
- Working knowledge of CMMS and lockout/tagout programs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Perform building maintenance and repairs (air conditioning, lighting, forklifts).
- Perform small repairs to prevent long downtime until permanent fixes are completed.
- Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel.
- Follow food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
