Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Worcester, MA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure uptime of plant equipment. The role requires 2-4 years of maintenance experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree, knowledge of CMMS and MS Office, and strong planning and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Maintenance team including staffing and training.
• Oversee day-to-day assignments and coordinate with the Maintenance Planner.
• Ensure weekly preventive and predictive maintenance and work orders.
• Monitor schedules and adjust to meet production needs.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to standards and blueprints.
• Maintain time, production records and asset upkeep.
• Ensure safe operations compliant with OSHA rules.
• Lead cost-control within the maintenance budget.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel issues and growth.
