Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Electrician to operate and maintain plant equipment at Corteva’s site in St. Joseph, Illinois. You will perform electrical repairs, inspections, and support safety programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety policies.

The role requires NEC interpretation, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with SAP/PLC and work-order systems. On-site work and potential overtime during seasonal peaks are expected.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician experience is required.
• Ability to interpret the NEC.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning company apps.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company equipment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control).
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Support electrical safety program compliance and documentation.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations including OSHA and PSM.
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems and add devices as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
