Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an Electrician Helper for a Kingsport, TN project. The helper assists skilled workers with a wide range of on-site tasks, adheres to safety rules, and supports crane operations when certified.

The role reports to the foreman and follows project procedures throughout the shift. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a preference for up to six months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in the specified skill preferred.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and acceptance of policy.
• Compliance with safety requirements.
• Must not pose direct health or safety threat in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers with assigned duties on the job site.
• Read and sign off on JSA before starting shift.
• Move and handle materials, tools and equipment as needed.
• Assist with crane rigging and equipment setup when certified.
