Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrician Journeyman or Foreman/Lead
• Industrial and commercial electrical experience
• Ability to lead and train crew and manage daily activities
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and medicals

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize crew and resources to meet safety and schedule
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly
• Maintain accurate reporting records (time sheets, quantities, productivity)
• Develop weekly schedules and sequence activities for the crew
• Ensure on-time completion within budget while upholding quality
• Uphold safety and conduct toolbox talks; communicate plans to crews
• Monitor compliance with company policies
