Job summary

Excel Group in the United States seeks an experienced Industrial E&I General Foreman to supervise electrical installations and ensure work meets company standards and project specs. You will lead onsite crews, coordinate with contractors and customers, and manage safety, scheduling, materials, and quality control on industrial projects.

Applicants should have 5+ years supervising journeyman electricians, NEC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive safety leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervising journeyman electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and clean safety record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations on site and ensure compliance with specs.
• Lead onsite crews and coordinate with general contractor and customers.
• Manage safety, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate as-builds and daily reports.
• Travel to project sites as required.
