Qualifications

• Electrical degree or equivalent and 3 years' experience OR 5 years on-the-job experience in an electrician role from food, foundry, or paper industries.
• Strong communication skills and a good problem solver.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day.
• Tolerance to varied temperatures and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass Maintenance Physical Abilities Evaluation and required training including lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain lighting systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on production equipment.
• Work safely with high voltage and 480-volt, 3-phase systems.
