Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an intermediate electrician to plan, lay out, install, test, and repair wiring, fixtures, motors, and control systems on industrial sites in Greenville, MS. The role requires interpreting drawings, performing terminations, and ensuring safety across high- and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities include reading plans, installing conduit, testing startup and operation, and maintaining equipment in dusty and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Must possess practical electrical knowledge and the ability to follow instructions.
• Able to interpret plans, drawings and specs and execute procedures safely.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, sketches, and plans to determine procedures and tools.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit; install cable and duct banks.
• Install and fasten control and distribution equipment; ensure proper wiring terminations.
• Test systems and verify circuit continuity for safety and compatibility.
• Monitor equipment to identify hazards and decide on adjustments.
• Move and install wiring through conduit and connect lighting and power equipment.
