Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking an Apprentice Electrician in Courtland, AL. Under the direction of Journeyman Electricians, you will assist with installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of industrial and commercial electrical systems.

You will follow Journeyman guidance to complete maintenance and repair tasks, while adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role emphasizes growth through on-the-job training and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years (4000-7500 OJT hours) of electrical work experience.
• Strong understanding of the importance of quality work.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others to promote efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Observe, learn, and understand a wide range of skills and processes under the instruction of a skilled electrician.
• Demonstrate these skills and processes as on-the-job training progresses by working independently or with others to complete assigned tasks.
• Learn and understand the importance of safety within the workspace and across projects.
• Learn about the various tools and materials required for electricians to complete tasks and projects.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization in the work area.
• Properly utilize the required tools and equipment for each specific task.
