Job summary

Vylor is hiring an on-site Electrician in Woodhull, Illinois to maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems across process equipment. The role requires NEC interpretation, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with the ability to work in varied environments and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Comfort with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to climb and work in elevated areas; stand/sit for long periods; outdoor/indoor work; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices and HVAC for process and facility operations.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and scheduled inspections.
• Support electrical safety program compliance with NEC/OSHA/PSM and Corteva procedures.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures including environmental regulations.
• Propose safety or process improvements including new devices or hardware.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
