Job summary

Croell, Inc. in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support building and wiring of Redi-Mix plants and similar projects. The role requires troubleshooting 480-volt systems, and performing maintenance with travel to multiple job sites.

This is a full-time position with overtime and reports to the Fleet Manager. Applicants must have OSHA and MSHA certification, strong communication skills, and a reliable attendance record.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screen, MVR, and drug test required.
• Current OSHA and MSHA certification required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to job locations.
• Dependability and punctuality; reliable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on 480-volt systems for mining equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install 480V control systems, starters, motors, VFDs, soft starts.
• Build and wire Redi-Mix plants and related work as needed.
• Follow all local building codes and plan construction timelines.
• Ensure wiring is completed in a professional and thorough manner.
• Support management and coach team members; work outside normal hours when required.
