Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Lancaster to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment for safe, efficient production. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience and is available for 2nd shift.

Pay is $30–$33 per hour plus a 15% differential, with overtime possible. The position offers weekly pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Install and Bend Conduit
• Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, junction boxes, switches, outlets, and distribution panels
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations
• Work to support manufacturing processes and uptime
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
