Job summary

McClintock Electric is seeking an experienced Industrial & Construction Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial, industrial, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, field experience, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

This role requires the ability to work independently and in teams while delivering reliable electrical solutions on fast-paced job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or construction electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, code requirements, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience installing conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus; willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Install conduit, pull wire, terminate devices, and connect electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in commercial and industrial environments.
• Install and service lighting, power distribution, control systems, and related equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, contractors, and customers.
• Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring apprentice electricians as needed.
