Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus; willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily installation activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, codes and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain safe environment.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and customers.
• Mentor apprentice electricians.

Qualifications

• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and code requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it.

Physical Requirements

• Lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments.
• Perform indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Safely perform all duties in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.
