Job summary

RoyOMartin seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to perform installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on plant electrical, electronic, and PLC equipment. The role requires working safely, learning quickly, and collaborating with teams to ensure reliability.

The ideal candidate has a high-school diploma and 5 years in an industrial maintenance environment, with knowledge of AC/DC power, three-phase circuits, PID loops, and VFDs.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of industrial/electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of AC and DC power and control circuits.
• Experience with PID process control loops and VFDs.
• Strong attendance and communication skills.

Responsibilities include performing electrical tasks safely including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, repairs on all plant electrical, electronic, and PLC equipment, and corrective and preventative maintenance.

He/she must also demonstrate prioritization skills, the ability to multitask, cross-train, be committed to quality, and work with a sense of urgency.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a high-school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of experience in industrial/electrical maintenance, and experience working in an industrial environment. The candidate must have knowledge of AC and DC power and control circuits, three-phase power circuits, and VFDs. Experience and understanding of PID process control loops and associated equipment is also required. The candidate must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, the ability to grasp complex concepts easily, and pay attention to detail. Additionally, he/she must demonstrate an outstanding attendance record and verbal and written communication skills.
