Work With a Crew That Takes Performance Seriously

Electrisource is hiring experienced electricians for industrial electrical work in Southwest Florida.

We are looking for hard-working electricians who show up on time, stay productive, and take pride in completing clean, professional installations. You do not need to know everything, but you must have real electrical construction experience, some industrial experience, and the ability to contribute without being constantly supervised.

Our best electricians enjoy working with other motivated people and find satisfaction in completing difficult work safely, efficiently, and better than expected.

Responsibilities
  • Install conduit, cable tray, supports, electrical equipment, wire, and cable
  • Perform equipment connections and electrical terminations
  • Read electrical drawings, layouts, and installation details
  • Measure, bend, cut, thread, and install conduit
  • Assist with industrial feeders, controls, equipment wiring, and related electrical systems
  • Use lifts, ladders, power tools, and electrical installation equipment safely
  • Follow directions from the foreman or project lead
  • Identify missing materials, installation conflicts, and potential problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Protect completed work and customer property
  • Work safely while maintaining a strong and consistent pace
  • Help less-experienced crew members when appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • Significant electrical construction experience
  • At least some industrial electrical experience
  • Experience installing conduit and pulling wire and cable
  • Ability to read basic electrical drawings and installation details
  • Ability to use electrical hand tools and power tools safely
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to arrive on time every scheduled workday
  • Ability to work extended shifts and overtime when required
  • Ability to work in warm industrial environments
  • Strong attention to workmanship and jobsite safety

A Florida electrical license is helpful but is not required for every position.

The Person We Want

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Take pride in how your finished work looks
  • Show up early or on time and ready to work
  • Keep moving without needing constant reminders
  • Care about accomplishing more than the average crew
  • Are willing to work hard when the project requires it
  • Respect your foreman, coworkers, customers, and the jobsite
  • Speak up when you see a problem
  • Want to be part of a company where strong performance is noticed

This position is not a good fit for someone who frequently misses work, arrives late, avoids difficult tasks, or leaves poor-quality work for someone else to correct.

Compensation and Benefits

Electrisource offers:

  • $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • Long-term employment opportunities for top performers
  • Advancement opportunities for electricians who demonstrate leadership
  • A professional team that values productivity and quality workmanship
