Overview: Industrial Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues. The Industrial Electrician will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently.

Duties: Industrial Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with the Electrical Code (NEC).
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Renovate existing electrical systems as needed to improve efficiency or comply with updated standards.
• Work with low voltage systems and logic controllers to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including commercial electricians and handymen, to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Install and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and motors, 3-phase up to 440 volts.
