Role Description This full-time Industrial Electrician role is an on-site position based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Industrial Electrician will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in industrial facilities, following all safety standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical schematics, performing inspections, identifying issues, and completing corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical components. The role involves troubleshooting electrical problems, performing wiring and conduit work, and collaborating with supervisors and other trades to ensure reliable operations and minimize downtime. The Industrial Electrician will also document work performed, maintain tools and equipment, and support continuous improvement of safety and efficiency on job sites.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electricity principles and industrial electrical systems.
• Proficiency in maintenance & repair of motors, panels, controls, and related equipment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing root causes efficiently.
• Experience with electrical wiring, conduit installation, and reading electrical diagrams.
