Job summary

Triad Electrical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Working Foreman to lead field crews on industrial electrical installations across Virginia's Hampton Roads, Richmond, and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and execute installations, supervise electricians and apprentices, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Opportunities for advancement into superintendent and project management roles are

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on industrial electrical construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading electrical crews in the field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and supervise electricians and apprentices.
• Plan and coordinate material, labor, and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Communicate with customers, project management, and subcontractors.
