Job summary

Triad Electrical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead industrial electrical projects across Hampton Roads and Virginia's greater area.

You will supervise crews, perform hands-on electrical work, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to Triad’s quality standards. The ideal candidate has led industrial electrical scopes from startup through installation, testing, punch lists, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on industrial electrical construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading electrical crews in the field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and control schematics.
• Experience with rigid conduit systems, cable tray, and power distribution.
• Ability to plan electrical work before installation begins.
• Experience estimating material requirements and coordinating material needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation activities and manage productivity on industrial projects.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics to lay out work and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors with project management.
• Train and mentor apprentices and electricians on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
